Kariangode River is a major river in Kasaragod district of Kerala state, south India. It is running through the hills and dales of Vellarikundu and Hosdurg Taluks. Kariangode River is also known as Thejaswani River. Pulingom, Cherupuzha, Kakkadavu and Kayyur are situated bank of these river.

Kariangode River is originating from Coorg Hills in the reserve forest of Coorg in the state of Karnataka.
