- A/C charge is extra for day cruise package in all House Boat, (A/C Available only in the Night)
- Check in time Bekal Nileshwar 11.AM, Alleppey 11:30 AM Kumarakom 12.00 PM Check out time 8.30 AM.
- Management is not responsible for late arrivals and check out time will be followed as per schedule.
- The company will not be responsible for any delay/incomplete of the above package due to natural calamity/strikes etc., which is beyond our control.
- Confirmation is strictly subject to availability at the time of reservation.
- Final Booking Confirmation is only after paying 50% of Total Package amount.
- Cancellation 30 days before Check in time – Full refund of the advance amount.
- Cancellation between 7 days to 30 days before Check in time – 50 % of advance amount not refunded.
- Cancellation within 7 days before Check in time – No refund of the advance amount.
